Mahavir Agencies offers 3-piece design Ball valve, fitted with six metallic studs and nuts, and are manufactured from high quality thermoplastic like Isotactic PP, GRPP- Glass Reinforced PP, HDPE-High Density Polyethylene, PVDF - Polyvinylidene Fluoride and Alloyed Polymers. The ball seat is of Teflon-PTFE and the body seals & O Rings are available with various elastomers.
Apart from combination of polymers and elastomer, these valves are reinforced with MS Ring inserted in PP Body flanges to overcome atmospheric effect on exposed steel parts and recommended for pressure rating of PN 20. Carbon black colour of valve resists ultraviolet rays & prevent degradation of Isotactic PP in sunlight exposure. We can offer ball valve with manual lever as well pneumatic or electric Actuator. These valves are available with flange drilling as per BS Table 'D', 'E' or 'F' , ASA , DIN or any other standard. They are available in size range of 15mm to 150mm.
